Morgan McCowan, USMC Retired Corporal, is now the Sales Manager at La Estancia and El Pueblo.

Morgan also works with the development company, Savage Point Inc. and is Leasing Manager for El Pueblo Leasing, LLC. Morgan, his wife Robin and their 3 children Alex 14, Tanner 10 and Riley 1 built a beautiful home on lot 74 and love living in Kanab.

2008 has been a big year at La Estancia
December 2008

One great year:
7 new beautiful custom homes built, spec homes completed on lots 81 and 144, Final pad prep on lots 149 and 114.

Neighborhood activities:
Home Owner Committees were formed with Bob Kaczowka serving with Boni and Milo McCowan. Pete and Carol King along with Toni Soderquist handled our Saturday Night at the Movies all summer long and Dennis and Michelle Day were appointed to our Enforcement Committee. Our Homeowner's Summer End Bash and Barbecue was a huge success with more pot luck food, hamburgers and hot dogs than could be consumed.

Community Activites:
Western Legends held its third annual Barn Dance at the clubhouse and the Gunsmoke Movie Set was designated as an Official Legends Site with a Bronze Photo Plaque installed. The 2nd annual Mother's Day 10K finish line was in front of the LE models and the awards ceremony was held at the La Estancia Clubhouse. Our Dog Park served as a training ground for local police officers and their dogs. Other activities held in the LE Clubhouse included Lieutenant Governor Gary Herbert hosting the Statewide CEBA meeting and telecast, several wedding receptions, training sessions for Best Friends and many other groups.
